Because our products are made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days. During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced, shipping typically takes:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are produced at different facilities.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Pretty Little Chaos Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist when possible.
